What is the minimum order?
Minimum order is 5 items shipping is not included.

We do not cover the return fee. We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges that may incur.
Payment methods
We accept all Credit/Debit cards and PayPal. We don't accept bank transfer or cash on delivery
Exclusivity
We don’t have the copy right of these handmade products and we don't provide any of our clients or customers with a guarantee/certificate of exclusivity. These products are from the moroccan patrimony and all the credit is given to the artisans. By offering these items for sale, you are helping families enjoy a modest living and practice a trade that is a symbol of their heritage.
Do we do drop shipping?
As for now we don't have any formality of drop shipping, you can resell our personalized bags in your store but you have to place the order with us as soon as you have a minimum order of 5 items. and we will never ship to your direct clients
What is the delivery process?
We ship worldwide with DHL and Fedex. Estimated international express shipping time is between 3-5 working days.
How long is the processing time?
Your order will be shipped within 5-12 business days from the date of purchase.
Why my tracking number is not working?
Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking information email with tracking number for your package. it will take up to 24 hours to the shipping companies to update their system.
Refund and Exchange
We usually send pictures of the final customized products before shipping them, we will not ship them until you approve them. If we don't hire from you in 24 hours we ship them through.
If you are not pleased with your order please contact us with your problem. We believe in providing the highest quality materials and a great customer service.
We accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of your package delivery and we will review your request. This rule does not apply to custom-made products and items that can’t be reused for health or hygiene reasons.
For returns, we issue a total item refund. We do not refund shipping cost. Refund will process 3 to 5 days after receiving your packages.
